Return a defective product
Changing an order
If you are not satisfied with a product you can return it to us. We accept returns within 10 days upon receiving of the product by the customer. You will get a full refund of your money within 15 days (may vary upon your bank policy) given that you send us the original receipt that accompanied our product. Shipping costs are not refundable and return costs are charged to the customer. Custom-made products cannot be returned.
If you don't have the receipt (for example if someone gave our product to you as a gift or you have lost it), you can still return the product to us. You just need to choose another one that you like from our collection and we will send it to you free of charge. Shipping costs are charged to the customer in this case.
Only in the case of a defective product you won't be charged for the return transportation expenses.
Sapoon is not responsible for products lose during before receiving them.
All returned products must be carefully packaged in their original packaging and unused. We will not accept returned products that have been used, unless defective.
In case you receive products of another/incorrect order, please contact us and we will deal with the replacement.
